Tomato juice

Wash the mellow tomatoes,pick down the spears,cut out the green parts and breake over a sieve assertively.Boil the juice to 20 minutes,then fill in pre-heated bottles,close and put in dry fume.


Tomato juice assertively

Prepare 5 kg mellow tomatoes,cut onto pieces.Mix it 1 dkg Na benzoe-acid and let to stand to a day.Day after breake over a sieve the vegetable and fill it in bottles,close,store in cell.


Tomato pure

Prepare 3 kg tomatoes,add 2-3 pieces cutting green paprikas to(without house of seeds),1-2 head onions,1 pieces cutting celery root and a few spears celery green.Boil to mash,then breake over a sieve,boil and pour hot in bottles,close and put in dry fume.Throw on the top 1 pinch preservative.

 

Tomato chilling

May put in letcho- peeled and cut onto slices,or the tiny pieces complete to salads.No pre-boiling,after packing put in freezer.
