Vinegar onion
Clean little onions and boil to 1-2 minutes in salt,vinegar water.Filter and put in less bottles.Make salad vinegar with flavour salt,pepper,sugar,taragon leaves,boil it and if it cool pour on the onions.Close the bottles and put in cool cell.
Pearl onion
To 1 kg pearl onion need:3 dl 10% vinegar,6 dl water,2 coffesponful salt,2 spoonful sugar,2 bay leaves,a piece ginger,3 allspices,1-1 coffespoonful pepper,mustard seeds,coriander seeds,caraway seeds and 1 pinch preservative.
Clean,wash the onions put it in bottles.Boil the water,vinegar,spices to 10 minutes,then take own of the fire.When it lukewarm,mix the preservative to,and if it cool fill it in the bottle.Close it.
Drying leek
Clean the leek and cut onto very thin slices the leg and the head of the plant.Spread this slices and dry in warm,airy place.At oven dry the leek between 10-50 C degrees,don't be brown or fry.It need 24-36 hours to ready.Store at well closed bottle,don't get humidity.It's fine flavor.
