Mushroom tin
Clean 1 kg champignon,wash it,and cut onto slices,put in less bottles.Throw on the top 1 pinch preservative and pour on boiling and cooling salt water.Close the bottles and steam to,as soon as the juice of mushroom begin boil.
Mushroom salad
Clean 1 kg champignon,wash and cut on halfes or quarters.Put the slices in a bowl,pour on hot weakly vinegar and salt water and keep it to a hour under cover.Let to drop on a sieve.During cut onto ring 0.5 kg cleaning onion and put with the mushrooms in bottles.Throw on every rows a coffespoonful salt and pour on a spoonful wine vinegar.Tha row at the top put more vinegar and salt.Close the bottles and put in cool place.
Spicy mushroom salad
Clean 1 kg little size mushroom,and put in salt water,boil to a few minutes.Filter and let to drop of the water.Boil water with wine vinegar,salt,sugar.Put the mushrooms in bottles,and throw on every laye a few pieces pepper,caraway seeds,,1-2 slices horseradish,and 1-2 spear dill.Pour on cool the vinegar juice and close the bottles.Pour down the juice in 3 days,boil once more,and if it cool pour back the mushrooms.The juice has to cover the mushrooms.Close it and steam to 10-12 minutes.
Drying mushroom
Clean the mushrooms,wash it and let to drop,cut onto thin slices.Put white paper on a tray,then the mushroom slices.Dry it on semi shadows place in daytime,and in lukewarm oven at night.During drying often turn over.If it dry put in a canvas cods and hang it at a dry place.
