Use fresh,immediately quarried peas.Boil it in salt water to 3-4 minutes,filter and let to drop of the water.Use to 0.5 kg peas:0.5 kg water,6 coffeespoonfuls sugar,1 pinch preservative.Boil the juice and put in the peas,boil on to the peas begin to crease.Filter the peas,place it on bottles to half.Throw on 1 pinch preservative,and fill the bottles with once more boiling,but allready lukewarm juice.Close it,and steam to 30-35 minutes.Repeat the steaming day after and on the thirs day.
Green peas drying
To 1 kg green peas need 2 spoonfuls sugar.Boil water and put in the sugar,and if it begin to thick add to the peas.Boil to 1-2 minutes,then put the buds in a tray.Dry on lukewarm,airy place or in oven.If it dry,put in canvas cods and hang up at dry,airy place.Before use,soak the peas to 2 hours.
Green peas chilling
Pre-boil the buds of the peas to 2-4 minutes,chill it in cool water and put it in cods.Close the cods hermetically,and place in freezer.
