Boil in 0.25 liter 10% vinegar a coffespoonful sugar,2 bay leaves,a little pieces ginger,1 spoonful spices(mustard seeds,peppers,coriander seeds,cloves,junipers,dill seeds,allspices).If the juice boil add 30 dkg cleaning garlic cloves to a few minutes,then filter.Chill the vinegar juice and pour on the putting in little bottles garlics.Close hermetically and keep in dry,cool place.It may eat in 2 weeks.
