French beans assertively

Wash the vegetable,let to drop,put in a tray,throw on salt,(To 1 kg beans need 1 spoonful salt)let to stand a few hours.Put it in bottles,pour on boiling,then cool down water and throw on the top 1 pinch preservative.Close the bottles and put in the cell.At use no need to salt the beans.


French beans tin

Wash the fresh,weak beans,put in boiling water to 5 minutes.Take out onto a sieve,let to drop and place in bottles.Make of the boiling juice with salt vinegar salad juice,boil it,and pour at lukewarm onto the beans.Throw on the top 1 pinch preservative.Close the bottles and steam to 15 minutes.


Quarried beans

Boil the fresh big buds beans in water with mixed vegetables,salt and peppers.If it mellow,filter,take out the other vegetables,put the beans in bottle.Flavour to the juice with a little vinegar,boil once more,then pour hot on the beans.Close the bottles and put it in dry fume.

 

French beans drying

Clean the beans,cut onto less pieces.Add to 1 litre water a coffeespoonful salt,1 spoonful sugar and the beans,boil to 10 minutes,Filter it and dry in oven at 40-50 C degrees or warm airy place.Before use take it in cool water to a few hours and boil with the soaking juice.


French and quarried beans chilling

Clean,wash the beans,cut it less pieces,pre-boil tpo ap. 3 minutes.Chill it in cool water and put it in plastic cods and chill.
