Courgette tin
Wash the fresh courgettes and cut onto rings,salt it.(To 1 kg courgette need 3 dkg salt,2 spoonful 10% vinegar,2-3 spear dills,1 pinch preservative and 1 litre water.)Let to stand to a little time,then drop it and put in bottles.Put beetween the courgettes 1-1 spear dill.Boil the water with vinegar,cool it and pour onto courgettes.Throw on preservative and close.
Courgette salad
Wash the fresh courgettes and cut onto 2 mm thick rings,salt it.Put in bottles with a few spear dill in 1-2 hours.Boil water with vinegar,sugar,1 head onion,1 clove garlic,few pieces pepper and caraway seeds.Mix it 1 pinch preservative and pour hot into bottles.Close it and put in dry fume.
Spicy courgette
Cut onto 1 cm thick rings the courgettes,green and red paprikas,put it in bottles with a few spear horseradish.Mix with same amount water and wine vinegar,flavour with salt,sugar,1-2 bay leaves,peppers,1-2 spear dills,tarragon and boil.Pour this juice onto courgettes.Put on the top of the boiling spice and a pinch preservative.Close the bottles and put in fume.
