Carrot jam

To 2 kg carrot need a little lemon-acid and 15 dkg sugar.

Wash the vegetable and rasp down it.Boil with a little water to thick mush.During the boiling throw on the sugar and offten mix it.Flavour 1 pinch lemon-acid,and fill hot in bottles.Close it and put in dry fume.
