Sour cabbage
Pare the white cabbage and mix it salt,caraway seeds and coriander seeds.Press out the juice of in a few hours,and press it in bottle.Put on the bottom of the bottle dill spears.The bottle don't fill to full,keep 4-5 cm spare height.Pour onto cabbage the pressing juice,if it scant,pour boiling and then cooling water to.Put the bottle in a tray,because during mellow the juice may run out.Take the mouth of the bottle a little plate and keep tha cabbage on lukewarm place.It ready ap. in a week.
Cabbage salad
Pare apart 1 kg white and 1 kg red cabbage,throw on and mix with 2-2 spoonful salt.Let to stand a day.Day after press out the juice of the cabbage,spread on a tray and throw on 1 coffeespoonful ground caraway seeds,4 spoonfuls sugar.Boil 2 dl vinegar dissolve in water,then let to cool.Put in bottles the cabbage.The red cabbage get in bottom,and then the white.Pour on the cool vinegar,throw on a pinch preservative,close it.
Red cabbage salad
Clean 4 heads cabbage and pare it,then salt the strips.Clean 4 pieces tomato paprika cut onto strips and salt.Let to stand the vegetables to a few hours.Dissolve 1 liter wine vinegar in water,and add 0.5 kg sugar,a few peppers and boil with the cabbage.Take out the vegetables of the juice and put it in bottles,pour on the juice and throw on the top a pinch preservative.Close and take in dry fume.
