Savoy cabbage to vegetable

Cut onto strip the leaves,boil in salt water to a few minutes,then filter and let to drop.Press the leaves tightly in bottles,fill up with juice,throw on a pinch preservative,close and steam to 20 minutes.


Brussels sprout chilling

Clean,wash the vegetables,then pre-boil to 3 minutes.Same method at broccoli.
