Beetroot salad

Wash well the beetroot,peel and boil to mellow with caraway seeds in water.If ready cut onto thin slices.Make (use the boiling juice and vinegar) sour basic juice.Flavour with caraway seeds,little sugar and salt.Boil the juice,then let to cool.If it chill put the beetroot slices in bottles,pour on the juice,and throw on the top preservative,close and steam to 8-10 minutes.


Beetroot chilling

Wash the root,the bigger pieces cut onto bigger slices and pre-boil to 20-30 minutes.Chill in cool water,then pack in cods,freeze.Keep the qualaity of to a year.
