Aubergine assertively
Wash the vegetables,fry it in hot oven or cooker.If it make on the hotplate turn on on every sides.If it mellow peel of the hull and put the meat of the aubergines in a bowl.(Worthy to taste the fried aubergines,don't get bitter piece in bottle)Put in bottles the aubergines,and throw on the top a pinch preservative.Close and steam to 30 minutes.Let to cool it and stand the bottles in the water.Day after repeat the steaming and take the bottles in the cell.
Make fine cream of.Beat the aubergine with a wooden spoon to mash.Add to 8 dl aubergine a fine rasping onion and 2-3 cloves garlic,salt and a little lemon juice and 1 dl oil.Mix it .Grease onto fresh bread excellent supper.
Aubergine salad
Fry 1 kg aubergine in oven or hotplate,peel of the hull,breake the vegetable meat.Fry 6-7 pieces green paprica and same tomato paprika,take away the hulls of,and cut onto fine pieces.Boil 1/2 kg tomato,breake it.Cut onto little pieces 2 heads onion,steam it in 2 dl oil.Mix it the all materials,steam togather to a few minutes,flavour with salt,perhaps pepper,bay leaves.Put in little bottles,throw on a pinch preservative,close and put in dry fume to 24 hours.
