Strawberry in sugar

Clean 2 kg strawberry,wash it and let to drop on sieve.Boil thick syrup of same amount sugar to,like the fruits and of a little water.Put the fruits to,and boil to 10 minutes.Let to relax to a day in a cool place.Do it more 3 times.At the 4. day boil the syrup to 10 minutes,and pour in bottles,closed hermetically and day after steam to 10 minutes.


Strawberry in red wine

Take onto a sieve the fruits and wash well,clean it and put in bottles with sugar.(Add to every kilogram fruit 35-40 dkg sugar.Boil the semi-sweet wine,flavour with a little vanilla and pour hot onto the fruits.(The bottles need pre-heat,that don't break it).Closed hermetically and put in dry fume.


Strawberry jam

To 1 kg strawberry,15-20 dkg sugar,a pinch preservetive.

Take onto a sieve the fruits and wash well,clean it.Let to drop,then boil to thick during constantly mix.If enough thick mix the sugar to and boil on to 5 minutes.At last add the preservative to,fill hot in the bottles and put in dry fume.

 

Strawberry jam assertively

To 2.5 kg strawberry need 2.5 kg sugar,1 coffeespoonful preservative,1 dl cognac.

Wash and clean tha fruits,add the sugar to,and mix it continously,than the sugar dissolve.Fill it into bottles,on the top pour 1 spoonful cognac and throw on a pinch preservative,close well and keep on dry place.


Strawberry syrup

To 3 kg strawberry need:3/4 liter water,25 gram lemon-acid,2.5 kg sugar,1 coffeespoonful preservative.

Wash and clean the fruits,pour on the in the water dissolved lemon-acid and mix the content.Cover the pot and let to relax to a day.Filter over a canvas(no press over,the strawberries).Measure the fruit juice and mix with same weight sugar and 1 coffee spoonful preservetive,filter once more and fill in bottles.Tie with double foil packs.


Strawberry in fume

Wash and clean the fruits,put into a bowl with sugar.(add to 1 kg strawberry 1.5 kg sugar).Keep in cool place to 2 days,during shake it more.Filter the juice over the canvas,then let to consolidate to 1-2 hours.Pour on bottles,close hermetcally and put the bottles (put beneath and whip round with paper).Fill the pot with water and put the cooker.If the juice hot switch off the cooker,put beneath blanket,and let to cool.


 

Strawberry juice

Wash,clean and breake over a sieve the fruits.Let to stand to 1-2 hours.Filter the juice(of the remain fruit thick may make jam) and pour in bottles.Put these bottles whip round with paper in a bigger pot,pour water in and steam slowly to 30 minutes.Cover the pot,put on a blanket an let to cool.With same method may make fruit juice of gooseberry,red currant,sour cherry,cherry,apricot and peach.


 

Strawberry chilling

Wash the fruits,clean and let to drop.Throw on a little sugar and put in plastic box or cod.Close hermetically.
