Sour cherry

 

Sour cherry preserve

1 kg sour cherry,10 dkg sugar,4 dl water,1 pinch preservative.

Wash and clean the fruits,put in bottles.Pour on the sugar syrup and closed hermetically,steam to 10 minutes.Keep in the pot the bottles to cool.


Sour cherry preserve in red wine

Wash 5 kg sour cherry,let to drop and put in a bowl.Dip on, 1 liter semi-sweet red wine,1.5 kg sugar and a coffeespoonful preservative,mix it to thaw of the sugar.Put the fruits in bottle,pour on the juice.Close the bottle.


Sour cherry jam

Wash 2 kg sour cherry,take out the seed of.Put on a sieve and let to drop,then put in a bowl.Mix with 70 dkg sugar,cover the bowl and keep to stand to a day.Put the fruit in a pot and boil to thick.Take out the sour cherries of the pot and take in bottles.Every bottle fill up to half parts.The juice boil more tick,then fill up it the bottles.Day after close hermetically.

 

Sour cream cheese

Take out the seeds of 2 kg sour cherry,put in a pot.(This pan put in a bigger pot,which is fill with water).Boil in this waterbath the fruit to mellow,then breake over a sieve.Add to every kilogram fruit 80 dkg sugar and a few pieces peeled almond and boiled on (ready if of the jam drop on a plate and the surface will skiny soon)Pour it in plates and if it chill,take onto airy place to dry.Put in cool place in a few days.


Sour cream syrup

Wash,clean and take away the seeds of the sour cherries.Mill the fruit over little holes meat grinder.Every liter sour cherry dollop add of 1/2 liter water and 50 dkg sugar boiled syrup,and mix it well,throw on the top a pinch preservative.Close hermetically and steam to 30 minutes.

Same method like at cherry.
