Red currant preserve
Clean 1 kg fruits of the legs.Need 8 dkg sugar,1 pinch preservative,2 del water

Natural red currant and raspberry juice
Clean 5 kg red currant,wash,breake over a sieve.Wash 3 kg raspberry put in a canvas,press out the juice.Mix the juice of the fruits,than boil to minutes.Fill hot in bottles,close hermetically and steam in fume to 1 hour.
Red currant syrup
Need:filter juice of 3 kg red currants,kg sugar,1 pinch preservative.- minutes,add the sugar to,boil on.(During pick off the foam).Mix the preservative to,when density of the syrup is as the oil.Pour in bottles,close it,and steam to minutes.Let to cool in this pot.
Breake the fruits,and let to stand to 2 days.Press out the juice of the fruits,fill it a big bottle and let to stand,consolidate in cool,dry place to 2 days.Pour of the bottle,boil to.
