Orange jam

2 kg orange need,2 kg sugar,1 litre water,juice of 3 lemons,preservative.

Peel the orange,cut onto slices,take out the seeds.Mix to the fruit onto fine cutting orange hull (only on thinly peeled hull) and water let to stand to 2 days.Boil to 1 hour and mix with sugar,once more let to stand to a day.Add the lemons juice to,and boil with continius mixing to 15-20 minutes,add the preservative.At last fill in bottles,in a day close it.

 

Orange preserve

Make it primeraly of thick hull oranges.Cut the hull onto strips.Soak these strips in changed cool water to 5-6 days,then boil to 10 minutes in clean water,filter and wash down.Boil syrup of same weight sugar then the hulls and a little water(20-25 minutes).Let to stand to a day.Pour on juice of a lemon,boil once more,fill in bottles,close and put in dry steam.
