Hip jam

Take to every broken piece hip 15 dkg crystal sugar.

Boil the hip berries -during constantly mix -on little fire to thick.Add the sugar to,and boil on with constanly mix it.Pour in clean and dry bottles,close and take between blanket,steam.Take out the bottles in 24 hours,and put onto dry place.


Hip jam 2.

3 kg broken hip,2 kg sugar,1 coffespoonful preservetive(Na-benzoat)

Clean the hip berries of the seeds,boil,then broken the buds and boil on.Add to dollop 2 kg sugar,and boil,put in bottles,and closed it day after.


Hip jam assertively

Cut the buds onto two sides,take out the seeds,mill the meat of the fruits.Add to same weight sugar as the meat,mix it and let to keep to 24 hours in cool place.Mix the content once more proper,then put in bottles,throw on a pinch preservative and closed.

 

Hip syrup

Wash the fresh berries,breake it or mill.Pour on 1 kg fruit to 1 liter water,heat it slowly - not boil - and let to keep to 2 days( during more times mix it).Filter the content over a canvas and add to every liter juice 80 dkg sugar and a little amount water.Boil this juice to thick,dissolve a little tartar acid in,and fill into bottles.
