Greengage preserve
To 1 kg greengage need.8 dkg sugar,1 spoonful wine vinegar.
Use to preserve almost mellow fruits.Wash the greengages,cut onto half the holders.Prod with needle the fruits and boil in soft vinegar water.Take out the greengages if flaw few hull of it,cool it in water.Pick out and let to drop,put the fruits in bottles.Pour on cool sugar syrup(1/2 liter water,8 dkg sugar).If it ready close and steam.Let ti cool in the pot.
Greengage jam
To 1 kg greengage need 10 dkg sugar.Dip the mellow greengage in hot water,then peel the hull of.Boil sugar with a little water to thick,put the fruits,boil on with continously mixing to 20-25 minutes.Put in warm bottles and steam.
