Grape preserve
Wash the grapes and cut with scissors the pieces with a little legs.Put in bottles,pour on hot syrup (to 1 kg fruit need 25-30 dkg sugar)close and steam to 4-5 minutes.
Grape jam
Breake over a sieve the washing and cleaning grapes.Add to every liter juice 50 dkg sugar and boil to 30 minutes.During the hulls and seeds put in a bowl wash in much water,let to sink the seeds and pick out the hulls.Press out of the hull the remain fruit juice and add to syrup.Boil on to get thick.Flavour a few pieces cloves pour hot in bottles and close.Put in dry steam.
Grape syrup
Wash the muscatel grapes,pick of the buds,put in a pot and boil on weak fire to 1-2 hours.Filter over a canvas and mix to every fruit juice 50 dkg sugar,boil once more and fill in bottles hot.Close it and steam to 25-30 minutes.
Grape must
Filter the must over a canvas and fill in bottle.Add to ebvery liter must a pinch preservative and close with double foil pack.If break up the bottle pour down the top part with the preservative.
Grape chilling
Not available,through high water content of the fruit.
