Gooseberry preserve
Need 1 kg gooseberry 10 dkg sugar,3 dl water.
Put the cleaning,in changed water washed fruits in bottles,then make the syrup of the water and sugar.Pour onto fruits,closed hermetically and steam to 10-15 minutes.
Gooseberry sauce or soup
4 kg cleaning gooseberry,3 kg sugar,2 liter white wine,cloves,cinnamon,lemon juice,preservetive.
Boil the sugar with the wine,put the gooseberries to(to mellow of the fruits),mix the preservative to and fill the bottles with.The syrup has to cover the fruits.Let to cool in dry fume.
Gooseberry chilling
clean the fruits,throw on a little sugar and pack in plastic box or cod.Close hermetically.
