Cherry conserve
3.5 kg fruit,1.5 kg sugar,1.5 l water,1 pack vanilla sugar,1 coffespoonful preservative
Wash the fruits,let to drop of water and put in a pot.Boil sugar syrup and pour on warmly to the fruits.Let to mellow to a day,then put tightly into bottles and closed.(To syrup mix preservative)At last boil to 20 minutes in fume,and let to cool in the pot.
Cherry without sugar
1 kg cherry,1 pinch preservative
Take out the seeds of the fruits,boil during constantly mix of the fermentation to 10 minutes.Put hot in bottles,throw a little preservetive on the top,closed and steam to 10 minutes.
Cherry with sugar
1 kg cherry,50 dkg sugar,1 dl water,1 pinch preservative.
Wash the fruits,take out the seeds(the buds remain in one piece).Boil syrup of sugar and water,put on the fruits and boil on 15-20 minutes.Fill in bottles,close the top and steam to 15 minutes.
Dried cherry
Take out the seeds.Use to drying only cherries with the big bud.Better the result at artifficial drying.At drying case the temperature be 40-45 Celsius degrees.
