Blackberry preserve
To 1 kg fruits need 20-30 dkg sugar.
Wash the blackberries,pour on hot sugar syrup.Let to stand under cover to cool.Take over the fruits with filter spoon into bottles,boil to thick the juice and pour on the fruits.Close it and steam to 10 minutes.
Blackberry in sugar
Need 15 dkg sugar to every kilogram fruits.
wash the fruits,let to drop and put in bottles.Throw on sugar and shake it.On the top get sugar and close.Steam to 10-12 minutes and let to cool in the pot.Store on light place to a few days,then put in cell.
Blackberry jam
Wash 1 kg fruits,let to drop and mix with 60 dkg sugar.Let to stand to a day in cool place.Day after boil to ap. 15 minutes.Fill hot in bottles and put in dry fume.
Blackberry syrup
To 5 kg fruits juice need 2 kg sugar,4 pinch preservative.
Breake over a sieve the fruits,add sugar to.During the boil pick off the foam.After 15 minutes boiling take off of the cooker and let to stand.Day after fill in bottles(don't pour out the ground).Dissolve the preservative in a little rum and into every bottle same amount add to juice.Close it.
Blackberry chilling
Same method as strawberry,raspberry.
