Apple pulp

Rasp the washing and pelled apples,and boil with a little water to pulp.When boil on the own juice,fill in bottle and throw on a little preservetive.Closed well the bottles,to steam out,and let to cool in water.


Apple jam

1 kg apple,2 lemon,30 dkg sugar,preservative

Clean the fruits and cut onto slices.Take out the houses of the seeds,pour onto apples juice of the 2 lemons and wiht a little water boil to mellow.Breake over on a sieve the fruits,mix with the sugar and boil to ready.Pack this dollop in bottle,throw on a little preservative,close hermetically,and boil in steam to 1 hour.


Apple cheese

1 kg cleaning apple,15-20 dkg sugar.

Wash the fruits,cut onto slices,take away houses of the seeds and steam to mellow with a little water and breake over a sieve.Boil of the sugar syrup and mix it to the apple,then boil -continiously mix it - once more.If it enough thick put in form or pot,and let to be aspic.Take out of the form on warm place,that the sugar skin be at the tops.

 

Rasp apple without sugar

5 kg cleaning apple(ap:8-10 kg apple),1 dkg preservative.

Wash and peel the fruits,then rasp it,mix with the preservative.Put in bottle,the content press down tightly and closed well.If the apple very succulent pour down the juice.


Apple drying(artificially)

The most available to the drying,the apple which is not too sour,but acerbic.The best to use late summer or early autumn kinds,which is ripe and heavy.Don't keep the apple much time in air,it will be brown.After the cutting put instantly the slices in lukewarm oven or drying machine.Make the drying at 80-90 C degrees,and continue as long as burly part has to the apple.


Apple drying(on air)

Cut onto thin slices the washing apples,take out the houses of seeds.Put the fruit onto corral,and cover it with netting on account of bugs.


Apple drink without sugar

Wash the fruits and cut onto parts.Give 1.5 kg water to 1 kg apple,and boil onto mellow.Let to drop the juice through netting and fill it to bottles.Closed the bottles with double foilpack,and steam of the boil to 20 minutes,then let to cool in water.
